I picked up this outboard at a

I picked up this outboard at a yard sale this weekend and would like to have some info on it . This site says it is a 2 1/2 and another says it is a 4 hp. both agree it is from 1928 .Would also like to see a pic of one with original color and Decals .Serial #71077

I paid $50.00 dont know if it runs or has spark but I think it is all there and the only thing I see wrong is one of the boat clamps has an ear missing . Good buy bad about normal ?
