Mariner 9.9 Need Throttle Arm

Apparently the motor fell over during winter storage a few years ago. When I found the engine, the throttle arm was broken off, and was nowhere to be found. I have searched high and low online and I cannot find a source for this arm. Which surprises me. Does anyone out there know where I could get a used arm to replace the one that is broken? See photo for example (not my motor obviously). Many thanks in advance.

Equivalent of a 1986 Yamaha 9.9SJ, LJ, ESJ or ELJ. S being short shaft. L being long shaft. E being electric start. J being the 1986 year letter code.

Part number is now 682-44111-01-00. Just a colour change.

Seems Mercury has all but abandoned the Mariner's made for Mercury by Yamaha.
