Pressure regulator plunger is fine, nice and smooth.
i dont know what to do , Please help anyone

Was the oil pump replaced as part of the rebuild?

What is a pressure regulator plunger? Does not show up in the Yamaha parts catalog or service manual.

Any idea as to what F150 model we are talking about?

only replaced all oil seals in the oil pump. Not much to mess up here. 2007 F150txr . plunger is inside the oil pressure regulator. Its just spring operated plunger , part num

Have you tried removing the oil pressure sensor and cranking the motor to see how much oil is flowing out? Sensor is after the main gallery which might be clogged.

Lot of work but have you tried to remove the cylinder head to crank the motor while seeing what happens with the oil pressure?

I put the mechanical gauge in place of the oil pressure sending unit, needle pined to 200psi when started the engine .
tried the another PRV ,same thing. Bearings are good, double checked
