Hi speed needle adjustment

i have a 59 evinrude 35 hp can anyone tell what the starting adjustment is for the hi speed needle that goes into the float bowl?
 
About one turn out from gently seated.-----Motor will start and keep running.-----You must adjust it with boat in the water and at full throttle.------Adjust for best performance.----Then adjust slow speed mixture at idle.----Tighten the packing nuts to keep needles from turning easily.-----Also the option to find a carburetor with a fixed high speed jet.

ok thats what i needed to know, i will try that thank you
 
once o get the carb back together and diled it shoule be good. i had shifter comtrol issues as well . but the parts are on the way
