2002 Mercury Optimax 200 Maintenance

I recently started doing my own maintenance after owning the boat for 8 years. Before the winter, I changed my lower unit on my own which went well, and now am getting ready for the spring. I want to make sure I am ready and have done everything correctly.

A couple of questions for the forum that can hopefully help other people do this on their own:
1.) How often should you change the seals on the lower unit screws?
2.) Is there a generic torque requirement on the prop nut?
3.) Since my 200 optimax is DFI, is there an engine oil filter we should change out as well? And if so, how often?
4.) Is there any other generic engine recommendations? I think I have the basics.

1.) How often should you change the seals on the lower unit screws?..If paper seals every time you change oil. if blue or yellow plastic seal only if ridges is torn
2.) Is there a generic torque requirement on the prop nut?...Depends on prop but 100ft LBS is right in range
3.) Since my 200 optimax is DFI, is there an engine oil filter we should change out as well? And if so, how often?....No
4.) Is there any other generic engine recommendations? I think I have the basics....Need to change to impeller every 3 years, clean compressor cooling screen and relace air filter
 
Do a compression test each season for future reference.------Test air pressure from the compressor each season.
