mercury 150 efi motor

I have a mercury EFI 150 it will crank but you had to have the throttle really high before it will stay running seems like it's flooding out really bad when I pulled the throttle back it just acts like it floods out and dies when I check the plugs they are really wet with gas. Can someone give me an idea on what to look for? don't know much about the EFI motors.

Check spark on both banks and check mechanical fuel pump for damaged diaphragm
