Bennett Trim tab question

Hello All-

I have Bennett trim tabs. V351 pump. One side of the tabs is not going down. I have determined the problem to be the pump. One side pushes fluid great from the pump. The other side burbles and barely pushes any fluid. Is there any way to pull these pumps apart and attempt to fix or is it a replace the whole assembly situation?

you can take them apart but replacement parts can be a challenge...for the past 25 years, i just replace them if they are bad...
