    Really Stuck fuel filter

    I have OMC stern drive 5.8 Cobra. Problem with running and dying lead to fuel changes and carb rebuild but cannot remove the fuel filter. Various special wrenches for oil canisters used only bent the filter can but still is tightly stuck. Need solutions if anyone knows any beyond the usual...
