    1973 888 mercruiser water seperator fuel filter vent hose routing?

    The water seperator fuel filter housing has a rigid male pipe at the top that appears to be for connecting a vent hose. Is that what it is for? If so how should the vent hose be routed to direct fumes from the bilge area? Thanks yellowbk

    The instruction sheet refers to a single hose system #CRRG and also a 3 hose system CRRG-FW. The factory hose system routed the water through engine water pump and out the thermostat housing through the log manifolds and out through the rear risers. The instruction does not show raw water...
