    60hp starts right up in garage but cranks and cranks when in the water

    I have a 60hp 1988 outboard model J60TLCUC, really clean. When I take it out on the lake I have to crank and crank the motor, even pump the fuel line while cranking eventually it will fire up and run just fine. Zip around the lake stop and fish for a bit, turn off the motor to get it to start in...
