    On a 1995 200hp Evinrude OceanPro 2-stroke, I have to set all 6 carb needles 6 1/2 turns out for the engine to run smoothly. Compression is on-spec and carbs have been removed, cleaned (not rebuilt cuz everything looked good), replaced. Was going to leave well enough alone but seems excessive...
