    I dont see any adjustment for the middle one but maybe it is not fully open because the bottom one is opening a bit early ??? Maybe adjusting the bottom one so that it is the same as the middle one then adjusting the top one will sort all three out.

    That is far too high. You don't want it significantly more than 14.4. Check that your meter is reading correctly. Check the volts on the purple wire while the engine is running. Is should be the same as the battery volts.

    You should not have to do anything. There is no clutch , the gears are permanently engaged. As suggested check the shear pin #27 in the parts diagram I assume this is a "new to you" motor. If so check/ replace the water pump impeller before you use it.

    Thanks for the feed back. It wont do much in the way of charging at 13.2 volts . Needs to be above 13.8 ish and preferably in the range 14 to 14.4 for a flooded lead acid battery.
