    The last 2 times I was on the lake with my Pontoon I noticed that the volt gauge was barley hitting 12volts. And the tach was intermitant but mostly not working.Got a chance to check it out today. With the engine off I am getting around 12.3 volts at the battery with my meter. I start the engine...

    2002 50hp 2stroke issue

    Just noticed this 2 week's ago..had boat out on the lake and the tach stopped working. Then this past week i noticed the the volt gauge was at 12v. In the past it was around 13-14v while running . Kinda a novice here but mechanically inclined. Rebuilt carbs last summer but this electrical issue...

    Fuel filter

    I have. A 50hp 2 stroke year 2003. Does it matter where the fuel filter goes? As in before or after pump (mechanical) . Thanks!
