    Engine no Start

    I have a 2004 Yamaha SX200TXRC 2-stroke outboard and recently attempted to start the engine but failed. I have 2 brand new batteries and when attempting to start the only thing that happened was the starter moved up and engaged the fly-wheel but would not turn. Would this be a starter problem...
