    I recently purchased a 1996 15 hp Evinrude 4 stroke. I brought it in for service. Had the impeller changed, motor & foot oil changed, carbs cleaned and new plugs. Tried it for the first time, started right up and trolls awesome however when you go full throttle it almost cuts out every 20 or so...
