    Fsm It's the fuel system module It's a black casing where your fuel goes in. It's about 9 to ten inches long about eight inches wide two and a half inches thick. Look it up. You have to open it up. Pull out the pumps and touch them to a 12 volt battery. On you tube.

    It may be the float . Check to see if you're fuel pump is working. Is it efi. Two stroke or 4.is your pump in the FSM.
