    Need help on 1975 Evinrude 15 hp

    I need help on a 1975 Evinrude 15 hp. I replaced fuel pump carb kit to get my motor running again. Now I start it it will run full throttle but the minute I go to back it off it misses coughs and sometimes dies. Any info would help a great ton appreciate it.
