    I replaced my throttle cables and now the engine won't start. Key will start power and beep but turning ignition does nothing. I checked a lot so far. Is it possible the neutral safety wasn't properly seated? Maybe the cables aren't aligned to actual neutral? Fuses seem ok after amp test. I...
