    I have a 1989 50hp Force. It has the Tillotson? WE17c carb, number 684061. It is new to me. It started OK, but ran rough. I Took the carb off. I have no idea how it started with all the gunk in there. I cleaned the whole thing, Now cannot figure out how to put the float spring back on...
