I have a 1983 Honda 100 (10 hp) short shaft. I would like to convert it to long shaft. Is there a kit available for the conversion (longer shift shaft, drive shaft, etc.)?
I have a '89 Johnson 150 with VRO2. I was wondering what reading I should get if I disconnect the line from the vacuum switch and plug a vacuum meter into the hose. Anybody know?

I have a '89 Johnson 150. Sometimes the warning horn goes off as soon as I turn on the key. This is a long constant alarm as though it was overheated (even though the motor hasn't even been started yet). This happens only occasionally. Any ideas? Thanks for any help.
