    40hp johnson wont idle

    "I have a 40hp johnson model R "I have a 40hp johnson model RLSSM (year 2000). I cannot get it to idle..It is kinda hard to start, I have to choke it slightly even when it is hot... Carbs have been cleaned and I think fuel lines are ok..I runs great at medium to full throttle..at idle...
