    2004 Yamaha 60hp TLRC trouble shoot

    When i have the boat in the water and crank it up the telltale shoots out a little water then nothing. But if i reach over and and put my finger over the telltale port for 4 seconds it starts peeing a really strong stream till i shut it off. Thanks!
