    Power trim tlt relief vave broke off

    The trim tilt would not raise my 1998 50 hp 4 stroke even though the up and down motors would run. The tilt trim relief valve broke off at the middle o-ring. Then I could manually raise the motor. Any suggestions as to removing the remaining section of valve without ruining the pump.
