    1978 OMC tachometer wiring for V8

    My 1978 OMC RPM gauge has only two terminals in the back. One labeled Grnd. Where do I hook up the other terminal? All YouTube searches show three and four terminals behind the tach. There is a separate wire for the light of course but I’m looking for the sending/12v wire instructions.

    1978 OMC Stern drive Ford big block V8 oil lubricant requirments

    Is the lubricant in the upper gear box the same as the lower gear box? I'm using OMC HI Vis gear oil, can it be mixed with SAE 90?
