    outboard motor locks for clamp screws

    looking for a good lock for an outboard motor. I have a 77 Evinrude 9.9. I don't own a boat so I am looking for a lock that will work on the clamp screw. any help would be appreciated.

    I am new owner of a 9.9 and not very familiar with the motor. what type of oil do I mix with the fuel at 50:1 ratio. every place I have turned gives several different kinds to use. which one? please bear with me I am new to this motor and have lots to learn about taking care of it. RT
