    Evinrude EMM repair

    Greetings. I am working on an EMM for an Evinrude 90Hp engine and am wondering what that gelatinous goo substance consists of? I was able to remove the board no problems, but need to clean up some of the goo and was wondering if acetone might do the trick? Thanks.
