    well i pulled the cover off and took a closer look at the motor, when i touched one of the wires coming out of the switch box it fell apart so i tried wrapping it around the post(didn't work) Im wondering if i cut the wire at the box where its frayed as well and replace the length of wire if...

    idk what happened but i blew something somewhere and my motors midsection is full of water contaminated oil i damaged the prop on rocks earier in the trip but was still running ok for a few hours afterwards as i worked my way around the lake. on the way back to the car it made a weird noise...
