    Mariner 9.9 ID help needed.

    I recently picked up an old Mariner 9.9 at a estate sale and it has no ID plate attached to it. I cannot figure out the year and model. The only ID I find is on the quarter size silver plate under the cowling. It reads 061378. Can anyone tell me about this motor? Year and such. Thanks.
