    125ELPTO fuel issue

    I have a 2000 125 ELPTO that runs good except when I shut it off it seems to lose prime. I have to remove the cover hold down the button on the top right of the engine near the flywheel and squeeze the inline bulb to prime. It fires right up and runs fine. What gives???
