    1988 Mariner 75hp Tuneup or bigger issue ??

    Purchased the first family boat.....with high hopes. Got a good deal on the rig.....even if the engine is a loss. Problem: engine starts hard, have to use choke alot. Boggs--have to advance throttle slow and its got a vibration(miss maybe) but once it reaches about 3,000 seems to run good...
