    Only getting 1/2 throttle

    So I was out this morning, I've got e25rend, 1992 25 hp 2 stroke evinrude. It starts no problem idles smooth but I'm only getting 1/2 power, only 10 of the 20mph it normally goes. Still running smooth...I blew out the carb, everything is clear. Fuel pump is OEM and has less than 20 hours on...

    So I got some good help last time from everyone. Motor ran great. I went to start it today. No spark...I just replaced the ignition components...so I pulled the flywheel and the key had sheared... made a new key, flywheel and timing are good now... spark is good and carb is clean, pulled it...

    Model e25rend...So another issue with the motor... ran great the other day after replacing ignition. Even had it idling better than ever after a couple adjustments. Won't start today..have a good spark, carb is clean, there is a pop every now and then but not turning over...any ideas?

    So I swapped out the power pack...it started right up, idled great, as soon as I have it gas it died, starts again, throttle like it...pulled the flywheel back off and found this... something leaking out if the back of stator coil...pretty sure its shot...

    Yesterday was out, motor running fine.. went to restart, wouldn't fire. Checked resistance on coils, good, checked continuity on kill switch good. Replacing plugs and wires this weekend, resistance on one wire was iffy. Anything else I should troubleshoot? Thanks in advance
