    I have a 1979 559H9L Chrysler outboard. Flywheel key was sheared when I got it, repaired that, now runs fine. At idle speed, boat will move. Under power, will not. No gear clash, must be slipping between power head and lower gear case. Is there a key on the power head end of the driveshaft?

    ignition coil replacement

    Does anyone know if there is a replacement coil to replace FS474475? This coil in not available, maybe someone has one they would sell me. Maybe any 12 volt coil that would fit under the cover would work, does anyone have any advice for this? This is for a 79 55 HP Chrysler with magnapower, 559H9L.

    wiring diagram

    I have a 1979 Chrysler model # 559H9L, Serial # 5276. I have a problem with the coils, and need a correct wiring diagram for them. I hace a repair manual that shows wires that are not there. Is this a Magneto Ignition (i don't think so, cause it shows NO coils), or a battery ignition...
