    Identify these parts and properties

    These lever is missing the spring, but what exactly does it do? The bottom picture : This is located under the armature plate. Is this a way to adjust the timing? My motor is a 8hp Johnson 2-stroke. Under the flywheel is 1 charge coil and 1 sensor coil.

    I broke a piece of this part and cannot find where to get a new one, it is located under the flywheel and attached i guess to the cam?, the cam roller tracks on it when the throttle is moved.It is made of plastic and was weathered. It is a poor design to me. On this part is a number (332090)...
