    OMC £.0L Stern drive.

    The shift from forward to reverse ok, though hard, while cruising once rpm reaches 3000rpm the gear jumps out. I can hold it in place and it tries to jump out but goes back in gear. What could be the problem? Could it be low stern drive top oil low? Or micro switch setting incorrect on linkages...
