    Mercury 60hp tiller handle

    I have a 1994 Mercury 60hp 2 stoke tiller. Has new power head. I use it also for duck hunting in cold temps. The throtle is very hard to turn almost having to use two hands to move it. I have taken the hood off and lubed the moving parts with spray silicon. Is there something else I need to lube...
