    I have a 1992 150 fast strike is starts and idles perfect it takes off fine then starts to bog down and surge if you pump the bulb it will run perfect as long as you continue pumping. I have replaced the diaphragm's in the vro pump ,I have replaced the bulb, all fuel lines, used a different fuel...
