    Thank You Racerone! I don't know how I missed that! Here's a pic of the project. It started out as a Yamaha Waverunner that I got for free on Craigslist. Motor was only $150.00.

    I just bought what I thought was a Johnson 20 HP Outboard. However the model number is 25R75B suggesting it is a 25 HP (I'm guessing the cowls are interchangeable). I think it also means it is a 1975 model. Anyway, I feel like an idiot but how do I remove the cowl from this thing?! What appears...
