    Yamaha outboard won't start

    My engine was running great at about 15 knots when it cut out. It seemed it could have been a fuel line issue but was not. It then would not crank. It tried to crank with the fly wheel moving a little and seemingly being locked up. Battery was not the issue nor was it in gear or the safety...
