    Hello, say i could use some help here, i picked up this little motor with an older boat it looks great, i checked under the flywheel points look new, not sure about the condenser, it has spark i cleaned the carb , but it wont start, could a condenser cause it not to start if it has spark...

    I have an 85 hp merc that started every time but I had a locksmith work on the ignition because it was hard to turn key on since then it will turn over when I try to start it but its not firing, I think he put it back together wrong, is there anyone that could tell me how to jumper the ignition...
