    1983 carburetor issues

    When I pump the primer bulb on the fuel line it will not prime enough to get hard. It feels like it's going to tighten up but then it goes soft. I can heaar the gas squirting back into the fuel tank. The other issue is while priming the bulb i have gas coming out of the carb. I've installed new...
