    "I'm rebuilding a 1997 Evi "I'm rebuilding a 1997 Evinrude 25 hp, and the manual state's using a 'rod cap alignment fixture' #396749 at a price of around $400. In year's past a manual line up and torqing in steps was used. Is this pricy tool necessary? Thanks"
