    Ted Williams/Eska 5hp torque spec

    I have to put rings in my 5hp outboard 217-59680,I need a torque spec for the rod bearing cap bolts and head,my manual doesn't have them,I imagine they are in inch pounds because they are small,it has a Techemseum,(spelling?) 2 cycle motor.Thanks:)
