    had a friend who plays with the Yamahas take a look and found that the carbs were out of sync, he reset them all good now I asked him how did it happen he just said if you find out let him know he says he sees stuff like that all the time. All I know it's all good

    when idling or off idle the engine stumbles as if it is cutting out. I replaced the spark plugs, verified spark on all cylinders with a spark tester. cleaned out all the carbs, any help will be appreciated.

    I have an Evinrude 1991 200 hp looper, I can get a Johnson Fast Strike 175 from a buddy but he kept all controls due to upgrading his engine.     Prop question

    I have an evinrude 200 hp outboard. It has an aluminum 15x17 pitch prop, WOT it turns 6000-6200. I updated to a 15x19 stainless prop Power Tech OSS series, it is a used prop and I cannot get over 3000 rpms, it appears to struggle so I replaced it and but the 15x17 and it runs back at 6000...

    1991 Evenrude vro 200hp initial start no spark

    When first started cold, it will crank with no spark. If I keep trying it starts to sputter and then will start, sputters till it cleans the fouled plugs. after that it will start up with a touch of the key. Any and all help will be appreciated.
