    Brand new Suzuki 20 hp issue .

    I just got the motor It will not get over 3000 Rpns and it surges starting at 2600 or so Rpms. Fresh new gas in 5ank that came with it. Vent cap is open .. Any idea I got 1.1 hours on it just idling and low Rpms.. i Never mind guys Im just hitting the rev limiter it doesn't do it in gear .had...
