    Motor tilted up or down?

    I have twin 2001 Evinrude 70 hp and want opinions as to whether you tow just resting the motor tilted down to make contact with the hydraulic rams or do you tilt up so the lock is engaged about horizontal?

    M15D2 15HP plug problem

    Engine sputtered and popped at half speed with WOT. Found a plug wire would not stay attached to a plug. Can't crimp the wire to fit tighter to hold. Tried to wrap the plug contact with Aluminum foil and now it will barely run. Any recommendations?
