    I've got a 1996 70HP Johns I've got a 1996 70HP Johnson 3 cylinder. Anyone have an idea as to what the compression should be or be between for this late a model?

    Power tilt stopped working

    "I took boat out for a run and "I took boat out for a run and upon returning the power tilt wouldn't work. Engine is 1996 70hp Johnson with a Morse tilt. I replace the fuse but still can't get it to work, any ideas??"

    At the end of the day I tilt m At the end of the day I tilt my engine up. Recently I have noticed oil coming from the engine cover. Removing the cover I see alittle oil. Could I have a blown seal?
