    Help pls Tohatsu M40D forward controls ???

    Hi Everyone, I have a 2002 tohatsu 2 stroke M40D with around 90hrs on it and is still in mint condition. I have it attached to a zodiac rib, 15ft. Vandals got in to my storage garage and they did a real number on the jockey seat cut my wiring harness to my controller and bent the handle...
