    Compression issue

    I have a model fd-17, 18p 1963 Johnson. It has not been started in 10 years or so and I have not been able to get it state so I checked the compression cold and got a reading of 60lbs in both cylinders. At least they are both the same. I am thinking it may not be unusual for a cold compression...
