    Need info for this motor, while fishing last weekend I noticed the voltage on my garmin had reached 15 volts so I kept an eye on it for the next hour or so noting it climbed to slightly over 17 volts while trolling is this possibly indicitive of an over charging rectifier

    I'm having issues with my motor running too rich. Would a float not seating Properly cause this . (J70elcnb). Or is there something im overlooking. I rebuilt all 3 carbs last fall and had problems getting one of them Adjusted properly. This year it seems to idle rough and is fouling plugs.
