    Just bought a 1983 Bayliner Capri with the motor mentioned. I've noticed when starting the motor, I would need to have the throttle at near max for the motor to fire up. Once it fires, it will run at 1000-1200 for a few seconds and start to rise of course. I'd then back-peddle back to keep...
